There are so many different ideas of which foods go with which wines, but really we think it comes down to what you personally like to drink.
Andrew Corrigan has been fascinated by food and wine from a young age. He became a Master of Wine in 1997 after passing the rigorous exams of the London based Institute of Masters of Wine. Originally he gained a civil engineering Degree from Sydney University and has worked mostly in construction – his work taking him to live in various locations – Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns, Papua new Guinea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, England and Hong Kong. He spent some years full time in the wine trade. He has been involved in restaurant ownership and management and has consulted on several award winning wine lists.
