Many Granite Belt wineries have a regular calendar of events throughout the year. Some of these winery events have a ten and twenty year successful track record.
Events at Stanthorpe wineries cover all styles of music from traditional concerts in the vineyard – Jazz & Opera, to the unexpected – a Greek festival, a day of African food & rhythms, and Rock & roll in the vineyard.
As new wineries & vineyards open in the Granite Belt, they’ve developed their own trademark winery events. Visitors to Granite Belt wineries can coincide their Stanthorpe visit with a large formal function or with smaller, more casual events.
Each year Stanthorpe vineyards host winery events for the Granite Belt’s Brass Monkey winter festival and Primavera, the spring wine festival. Primavera is cause for celebration, as spring is the time when Granite Belt winemakers release their latest vintages.
