About Primavera
For 20 years the Granite Belt held the Spring Wine Festival as this is the time of year when new vintage wines are released.
This occurs during September, October and November in and around the town of Stanthorpe, which is the Queensland wine capital.
Celebrating Spring still happens. but we now have so much more than wine to celebrate.
We have regional wine, food, lavender and other produce - hence the name change in 2008 to Primavera.
