Food Vocational Training

The Granite Belt is home to the world's first College of Wine Tourism.  This $6.5 million purpose-built education and training institute is located on the Stanthorpe highway by-pass, almost opposite Stanthorpe State High School campus.  Students produce wine under the Banca Ridge label sourced from grapes in its own vineyard. Check the College website for course details.

Dining out in Stanthorpe and want to learn more?   You'll find many Granite Belt chefs and cooks are happy to share their recipes or the secrets of their success.  If it is not too busy when you visit, just ask!
