Organic dry red wines made on Beth and Andy's very small family operated vineyard and winery, relying on the weather , friends and visitors who return to help pick , crush , press and bottle. As we only use our own grapes , each vintage reflects the growing season, with minimal intervention in the winery. The grapes are hand picked, open fermented, basket pressed and barrel matured in a mix of american and french oak. There is no filtering and the wine is bottled by a simple gravity system and hand corked. in the autumn of 2008 i returned to biodynamic growing in the vineyard.

Directions: Wild Soul is easy to find. Take the New England Highway 15Kms south of Stanthorpe , or 4Kms south of Glen Aplin and 4 Kms North of Ballandean. Follow the signs on the eastern side for 1.5 KMs along Horans Gorge Road. OPEN 10am-5pm every weekend and public holidays. due to a shortage of wine we are currently closed midweek, apologies. if you know what you want please call in, open the gate. |
