Grice Lane is a comfortable 3 bedroom house in a secluded rural setting. Sit back and relax on the shady verandah, wander around the the private 40 acres or visit nearby wineries.
The house is stylishly furnished with a well equipped brand new kitchen. It has BBQ, and everything you need - DVD, a good CD collection, Wood Fire, Espresso Machine, telepone for local calls, books, puzzles and toys.
The bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 double and 1 twin. A highchair and porta-cot are available.

Directions: From Stanthorpe, take the Texas Road. After a few kilometres you will pass the Broadwater State School on your right. After a further 1.5km turn right into Furness Road (this is NOT well marked). Follow this road to the end then turn right then immediately left into Grice lane. The cottage is at the end of the lane - straight ahead.
