Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions We will refund deposits when we receive 30 or more days notice. There will be no refund of deposits when there is less than 30 days notice unless the booked accommodation can be re-let. All cancellation deposit refunds are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
Late cancellations - Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival forfeit all deposit monies.
Group booking alterations - Group bookings reducing in size may incur an increase in the per person package rates. We reserve the right to retain deposit monies associated with the cancelled portion of the group booking.
