This Self Contained house is situated on a house block, we are creating lovely areas in the garden where you are able to sit. The house has been furnished to compliment the original simple vintage country feel.
The house includes
2 bedrooms - B/R 1 Queen Bed & B/R 2 has 2 Single Beds, both bedrooms have fin heaters, ceiling fans and are complimented with lovely linen.
The kitchen is fully equiped & has complimentary selected tea & coffee.
LOUNGE ROOM has temperature controlled gas heating, large screen TV with a range of in house DVD's, SITTING ROOM has large desk, & running along the sunny side of the house is a BIG SUNROOM, a beautiful place to sit on winter days.
The BATHROOM, has screened shower over bath, heater & hair dryer. SEPERATE TOILET.
The car can be housed in a fully enclosed carport.
The house SLEEPS 4 ADULTS (sorry only adults accepted)
RATES FOR ADULTS ONLY: min. stay = 2 nights,
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) $140 p/n for 1 couple (same bedroom), extra persons @ $30 each per night
Midweek $115 p/n for 1 couple (same bedroom), extra person @ $30 each p/n
